Cancel Your Subscription

 1. How to Cancel PayPal Subscription (Kajabi).

When setting up your subscription with PayPal, you enter into an agreement with PayPal. It acts as a middle man, unlike Stripe, which is simply a payment processor. That's why in order to cancel the recurring payment, you need to do so manually on the PayPal website.

 
If you wish to cancel your subscription on Paypal:

1. Make sure it's at least a day before the scheduled payment.
2. Sign in to your PayPal account.
3. Click the settings icon next to the 'Log Out' button.
4. Select 'Payments' tab.
5. Click 'Manage your pre-approved payments'.
6. Select Fox Web School from the list of merchants.
7. Click the 'Cancel Subscription' button.

 


2. How to Cancel Credit or Debit Card Subscription (Kajabi).

Cancelling non-PayPal subscription is straightforward:

1. Sign in to your Fox Web School account.
2. Click on your avatar in the top right of the page.
3. Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
4. Click 'Credit Card Info' in the top right of the page.
5. Click the 'Remove Card and Cancel All Subscriptions' button.

 3. How to Cancel Teachable Subscription.

Follow the steps below if you signed up using our old course platform, Teachable.
* Important: even if you used Teachable, but signed up via PayPal, follow the guide above on how to cancel the PayPal subscription.

1. Sign in to your Fox Web School account at Teachable (go here: https://fox-web-school.teachable.com/ and then click 'Login' in the top right corner of the page).
2. Click on your avatar in the top right of the page.
3. Select 'Manage Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.
4. Select 'Cancel' under 'Actions' tab.
